Services are free of charge for registered charitable organizations that advocate against violence towards women or bring awareness to female inequality. Also, for women with limited finances who seek support, please contact Self-Mastery Inc. to discuss options.
While violence can affect anyone, women continue to be disproportionately impacted. According to the World Health Organization, nearly one in three women worldwide, representing approximately 840 million women, have experienced physical or sexual violence in their lifetime.
Hypnosis can be a supportive tool for survivors as they navigate complex emotions and begin to process trauma. Through guided techniques, it can help rebuild self-esteem, restore a sense of self-worth and trust, and support the development of healthy boundaries.
Hebah has developed a customizable program designed to support women who have experienced violence. This program focuses on fostering self-worth, encouraging self-forgiveness, and creating a safe and empowering space for healing and personal growth.
Historically, women and girls have faced systemic marginalization. Cultural norms, social environments, and media messaging have often reinforced limiting beliefs and unrealistic standards, particularly for young women. When girls are not supported in developing a strong sense of self, they may be more vulnerable to challenges such as low self-worth, anxiety, and unhealthy relationship dynamics.
Empowering girls from an early age is essential. With the right tools and support, they can grow into confident individuals who trust themselves, set healthy boundaries, and navigate relationships with clarity and strength.
Hebah has developed a customizable program designed to empower young women to break free from self-limiting beliefs. The program also equips participants with the awareness and skills to recognize early warning signs of unhealthy or harmful relationship behaviours.
Please Note: Self-Mastery Inc. and it's Director's advise that hypnosis is not a substitute for the advice given by your medical practitioner.
If you would like to inquire on free services on behalf of a charity or other worthy cause, please do! Hebah is always looking for more opportunities to help where she can.
