Self-Mastery Inc. was founded in 2020, by Hebah Eid.
For over a decade, Hebah struggled with her own journey of self-discovery. She became obsessed with how the mind works, both for us and against us. Having seen a hypnotist on numerous occasions throughout her life, and having had positive outcomes, she wanted to thoroughly understand how the brain can be psychologically affected to create changes in one's thoughts and behaviours.
Hebah attended the University of Toronto, where she attained her Certification as a Clinical Hypnotist. She is also an NLP practitioner (neurolinguistic programming), as well, continues her research in the fields of psychology, mental health and borderline personality disorders. Self-Mastery Inc. was born out of a passion to help others, and an obsession with how our subconscious controls our decisions, thus our lives.
Self-Mastery's mission is to use mindful hypnosis and coaching techniques to help people re-program subconscious beliefs that no longer serve them. In turn, one can progress in all areas of their life while reaching a higher level of consciousness, and ultimate self-mastery.
